Yoga with Maleah
Yoga is a combination of gentle yoga, yoga flow and meditation. Gentle yoga will consist of holding beginner poses for up to 2 minutes and yoga flow will be short combinations of beginner poses linked together to gently raise the heart rate. A short guided meditation will be provided to sooth and teach breathing techniques.
