About Virtual Programs
We are now offering virtual exercise programs that you can do at home! Due to the pandemic safety protocols we are temporarily offering virtual programs to continue your fitness journey from the comfort of your own home. The programs we will be offering can be done with the guidance of Personal Trainers through video calling or you can choose to follow exercise programs on your own. Virtual Group Fitness
Join our Virtual group fitness community!! Our drop-in classes are now available online! We will be holding 3 classes during the week in the evenings at 7pm, along with a wild card class Saturday mornings at 10:30am. This wild card class will have all instructors participating and teaching a class of their choice. Our 3 classes during the week will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. These classes will be Body Sculpt, Bootcamp and Yoga. Classes will be held on zoom, being led by one of 3 instructors.
Virtual Personalized Programs with 1 weekly video call workout with a Personal Trainer
Keep yourself accountable with this Personalized Program Package. This program involves a 4 week program you can do on your own that is personally made for you and your own goals by a Personal Trainer Specialist. This package also includes 1 weekly Personal Training session in which questions or concerns may be answered and to also get in a great workout with your Personal Trainer.

Time to reach your fitness goals! With a virtual Personal Trainer we can keep you motivated and driven to stay on top of your overall physical health. You will have the opportunity to have a personalized program made for you, to achieve your own fitness goals and be helped towards a healthier lifestyle. Be coached through your whole workout through a zoom meeting call and be one step closer to your goals.
Weekly at home Workout programs you can do on your own at Home
Enjoy our weekly at home workout programs that you can do on your own time at home! Each of these programs that we offer are thoughtfully crafted by our personal trainers in order to help you reach your specific goals. With every weekly at home workout program purchase, you can also receive a free 30 minute consultation with a person trainer to discuss which program best fits you and your fitness goals.
