Registered Programs are coming soon to 7X! These are going to be group fitness classes that will be held over a certain amount of weeks, for example, 6 weeks, 10 weeks or 12 weeks. These will be held once or twice a week and will progress. That means that over the course of the program, each week will increase in intensity and difficulty, but the basics and foundation will be built up in the first few weeks and slowly move to more advanced options.
