Burn calories, build strength and increase your stamina in this high intensity, fast paced and fun filled group fitness class! Inspired by a combination of various martial arts and high intensity interval training, this kickboxing experience promises an unforgettable results focused class. Whether you have had a rough day and are looking to release stress or are simply looking to get fit and have fun, this is the class for you! There is minimal contact using focus pads, heavy bags, strike shields and gloves. There is no partner on partner contact. The purpose of this class is to build each other up NOT knock each other down.
