Aleshia is a certified Zumba instructor, OFC certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Kickboxing Canada Level 1 coach, and CanFit Pro certified Group Fitness Instructor who specializes in empowering women with fitness. Aleshia completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2016, and since then has applied techniques learned throughout the program to teach clients how to safely and effectively lift weights and engage in activities best suited to their body’s form and function. Aleshia will be teaching Zumba and 7X flex which are catered towards Beginner – Intermediate levels of fitness. She aspires to uplift and energize her clients and participants through upbeat world music such as soca, dancehall, afrobeats, latin, and bollywood.
Olivia is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with OFC, she is certified in Group Exercise, Indoor Cycling, Older Adult Training and Personal Trainer, specialized in Resistance Training. She is a Humber Graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion. Olivia is looking to make connects with members and clients and be able to bring their goals to light also go above and beyond their goals. She is here to be that strong coach, teach you power, endurance and self-confidence! If you need that extra push, extra motivation, extra assistance, Olivia is the trainer for you! Maleah is a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, resistance training specialist, and weight loss management specialist. She has graduated from the University of Guelph Humber with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and has a diploma in health and fitness promotion from Humber college. She is well versed in nutrition and has a passion for educating herself and others. She can teach you how to create a mind-body connection as well as how to move safely and effectively. She hopes to inspire those at all fitness levels to achieve their goals and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Sheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, also certified in indoor cycling and healthy eating for wellness. She is also a great group fitness instructor with teaching multiple different classes. With over 2 years of experience working in fitness, she is very knowledgeable on how to help keep you accountable to reach any fitness goal you have in mind. With various experience, her personal training style is very personalized and client focus as she is versatile to train with a variety of people. She is willing to teach you from the basics of fitness to advance training as well as how to engage in healthy lifestyle habits in terms of physical health and nutrition.
