Combat Fusion with Olivia
Combat Fusion is a cardio based class, that incorporates combat self-defence moves such as cross-punches, uppercuts, jabs and hooks. The lower body is also involved, including, front kicks, back kicks and sidekicks, along with lower body exercises. The class starts off with a cardio based warmup to prepare and activate the whole body, the class will conclude with abdominal and glute work.
